The department of Chemical Engineering was previously under Faculty of Chemical and Natural Resources Engineering (FKKKSA) since 1983. Now, under the new faculty of Chemical Engineering after the splitting of FKKKSA in June 2010, the department continues its relentless effort to emerge as one of the leading centres of reference for technology development and innovations to support chemical and process industries from national and multinational companies. It is well-equipped with extensive facilities to meet the R&D needs and is supported by a large team of highly qualified and dedicated academicians who are well-experienced in training, consultancy, research and development activities.
