International Collaboration |
Global & Innovation Outreach Program (GInO) |
|||
|
In recent years, we saw an increased in
collaboration between FChE academicians
and international community in various
science and engineering projects. Such
smart partnership has infused great ideas
in our project developments. We continue
to engage international community and
outsourcing our expertise in order to be
connected world wide.
|
UTM has realized a technology-based community
outreach program known as Global Innovation
Outreach or simply GInO. In this program,
experienced UTM staff come up with interactive
science projects that is able to excite and inspire
school children to love science & technology and
to protect and save environment and their dwellings.

Recognition at world stage |
International Immersion |
|||
|
Numbers of FChE academic staff have
received exceptional recognition at
international level for their expertises
and experiences in chemical engineering
related field. They have either been invited
and/or appointed as editors/reviewers in
high impact journal papers, as key note
speakers in academic conferences, etc.
|
We@FChE encourage our students to go for short
term internship abroad, join a short term summer
course abroad, organize educational trip to various
top ranking universities, etc. We believed such
opportunities will broaden students horizon and
improved their way of thinking. We provide the
necessary platforms for the students to gain
valuble experiece oversea and it is up to the
students to grab and/or capitalize such
opportunities.

Visiting Professors |
|

|
International community continue to show
great interest in FChE and they came to
FChE to work as contract lecturers. Their
presence have indeed boost our reseach
output and create the necessary global
working atmosphere in FChE. We hoped
that in future, more will come and work
closely with our academic staff in producing
novel research projects.
|
We have also received visits from numerous
professors and experts from various universities
and industries world wide. They humbly came to
FChE to share their experiences as well as to look
for potential collaboration that would benefit both
parties. Thus far, those who have visited us here
in FChE were impressed with the progress made
and have formed a fruitful collaboration in various
chemical engineering related projects.
